YOU NEED:
• Circular or flat knitting needles
2,5 mm (US 1,5; UK 12) – for sizes XL, L, M;
2 mm (US 0; UK 14) – for size S;
• cable needle or just additional needle
• Crochet hook 2 mm (US B/1, UK 14);
• Thick needle with a large eye
• for sizes XL, L, M: Cotton yarn 100 gr/330 m (3,53 oz/361 yrds).
It's a 4-ply yarn and is often also called “fine yarn”, “sport yarn”, or
“baby yarn”. Here I use “Cotton gold” from Alize;
for sizes XL – 33 gr;
for sizes L – 29 gr;
for sizes M – 18 gr.
for size S: Woolen or half-woolen yarn 50 gr/225 m (1.75 oz/246
yrds). It's a 4-ply yarn and is often also called “superfine yarn”, “sock
yarn”, or “baby yarn”. About 5 gr.
• 3 buttons size 8 mm (1/4”)
• Scissors
