Terms of Service

At the moment, this site only sells Waldorf doll and clothing patterns and tutorials. You can purchase Premade Heads for Create Waldorf Doll, ready-to-ship Waldorf dolls or place an order for a personalized Waldorf doll in my eBay store https://www.ebay.com/str/varvadoll

* I offer worldwide delivery from Warsaw, Poland. I always provide the tracking number.

* Your order will be shipped within:
3-5 working days after receiving the payment - for ready to ship dolls and doll's heads
Immediately after receiving the payment - for patterns
5-20 working days after receiving the payment - for made to order custom dolls (please contact me before placing an order to confirm the production time of the doll)

* Please note that times may vary due to public holidays, busy holiday periods and in times of severe weather.

* I do not ship on Sundays.

* I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package.

*ATTENTION! Before Christmas the delivery time growing up for all countries and takes about 20-45 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After November 20 I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.

*The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply.
